 まず、スマートフォン端末の満足度について「サイズ、バッテリー、デザイン」など計13項目を調査をしたところ、総合評価では、「満足」と回答したユーザーが17.4%、「やや満足」と回答したユーザーが46.7%と合わせて64.1%のユーザーが「満足」と回答した。
 各項目別では、「画面サイズ」で75.3%、「画質」で74.5%、「デザイン」で65.9%と全体的に満足度が高く、13項目の内12項目において「満足」が40%を超えた。「バッテリー」に関してのみ「満足」との回答が24.9%に留まり、「不満」との回答が半数以上の54.9%となった。一方で「スマートフォン端末を購入する際に重視する点」については、「操作性」と回答したユーザーが56.8%と最も多く、「バッテリー」は2位で51.3%、「端末価格」が3位で46.3%という結果となった。
 キャリア別の満足度について「料金プラン、電波状況、端末ラインナップ」など計7項目について調査したところ、総合評価では、「満足」と回答したユーザーがドコモで52.8%、auが55.2%、SoftBankが45.6%という結果となった。「電波状況」で満足度が最も高かったのはドコモで67.2%、次いでauが64.4%となった。SoftBankは「満足」との回答が29.2%に留まり、「不満」との回答48.7%という結果となった。一方、「料金プラン」については、満足度が最も高かったのはSoftBankで57.2%、次いでauが45.7%、ドコモが36.8%となった。「電波状況」では他のキャリアに比べSoftBankの満足度は低い傾向にあることが伺えたが、「料金プラン」に関してはSoftBankが最も満足度が高かった。
